Seeing the famous blue Windows error screen for the first time
I must admit that when I first saw a bright blue Windows error screen I was quite intimidated. And upon looking up the symptom on the Internet and discovering it was called the blue screen of death I was even more alarmed. Fortunately my Internet search led me to a question and answer area of a Remo Software website. The site explained to me that first, my laptop computer was probably not in too bad of a condition.
Second all I needed to do to restore my PC to the land of the living was to reload my Windows OS. And third before I did that I needed to use hard drive recovery software to copy all of my existing and deleted files away from my hard disk drive to a safe location. Reloading Windows basically deletes all of your stored files so you must rescue them first. This is the main premise of hard drive recovery.
