PST repair for when Microsoft’s email client overloads
Unless you are constantly deleting or migrating files from your Microsoft inbox archives, you will at some point exceed the Outlook inbox size limit. When you do so this will result in at the very least spillage of stored files. It can also result in damage to your Microsoft Outlook inbox that creates a situation where it no longer accepts and sends emails. All of your Microsoft Outlook data is stored in a special proprietary Microsoft file known as a PST file. Aside from holding the textual information from all of your sent and received emails, the PST file holds the data establishing the customizations and settings of your Outlook program.
To repair Outlook inbox problems you must first locate and repair the PST file. Programs specifically designed for PST repair are available. As with any software type some programs are more efficient and others. When choosing a PST repair program be sure that the one you buy allows you to export and import the stored data.
