If your Windows based personal computer suddenly refuses to start up or upon startup is showing you a blue Windows error screen you will need to take this quick course in data recovery. Data recovery tools are software programs specifically designed to quickly scan through all of the files stored on your computer’s hard disk drive or for that matter any digital storage media connected to your computer. The file recovery tool will create a list of all existing and recently deleted files in the storage areas.
